While in Big Bend National Park one winter, I came across this view from the canyon as the Rio Grande (or the Rio Bravo, as it is called on the Mexican side). I love how the people are moving through the landscape. Surprisingly, the river is so narrow here.

When my dad was away at the hospital, I slept in his bed, which was a bit strange for many reasons. I took a few photographs.
An afternoon at my Dad’s, while visiting, I saw this collection of tubes–and whatever–and loved the look and feel in the dark afternoon light.
