Informed by global warming, history, and culture, my visual art practice uses extensive research to create photographs at worldwide sites of climate change–such as Greenland. Since the shifting environment is often hard to grasp, evocative photographs help expose this crisis.
I’ve twice received grants for collaborative fine art projects in the arctic by the American-Scandinavian Foundation and was a Fulbright Alternate for Canada. Working with indigenous people, local groups and scientist is key, and a portion of any photo prints or NFT sales are donated back to the community.
