Yale School of Art: Jessica Stockholder, Tod Papageorge, Richard Benson
The Yale School of Art is changing. Several key professors and department heads will be moving on, including Jessica Stockholder from the Sculpture Department and Tod Papageorge and Richard Benson–both long time teachers (and both my teachers too)–will be retiring. In my mind, Tod and Richard were formative in creating Photography Department, although I dont really know the current teachers well.
Who will replace them? I wonder if they will have a hand in helping to pick or recommend the new department head, or what Robert Storr has in mind.
